We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent job postings, discriminatory content, misleading information, or any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

The Flexes website and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Flexes, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website.

We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of our services at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. We may suspend or restrict the availability of all or part of our platform for business and operational reasons.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Flexes of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Flexes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• We may suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, and all personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
